The Père Labat rum is an essential reference in the French West Indies, produced on the island of Marie-Galante, nicknamed the island of a hundred mills. Made with the purest respect for tradition, this agricultural rum is distilled directly from pure sugar cane juice, and not from molasses, which gives it an authentic and intense character.

On the nose, it reveals powerful aromas of fresh cane, accompanied by vegetal and slightly spicy notes. On the palate, the attack is frank, with a beautiful aromatic richness, a dry and expressive structure, typical of great local rums, and a long and warm finish.
